so, is this bad?
Quote :
"I can't thank all of you enough for your very very kind words and thoughts expressed to me since my announcement - I have said many many times that you guys are honestly like my children - I want nothing but the best for you and just like with your parents - many times that is holding you accountable, making you work through things and figure things out - because you come away - amazing applicants and we have really seen that in the past three years we have been working together in this process

As I said - because of the size of the club - it has essentially come to consume my time - for example - in the past two days there have been almost 500 dues turned in to the office or meeting - that means opening, keying, inputting, putting in meeting points - doing deposit slips, sorting counting

Then add that with 1000 member getting 8 points semester coming in and out - the average person is getting about 15 points or 15000 points that I have to key in and track

That is why I work so so hard to make directions as clear as possible - yesterday ALONE - I had to stop what I was working on in my office to answer "you make your check out to the NCSU Pre-Health Club" or the envelope is on the table (despite all the emails and requests) over 40 times (quit counting)

Several of you who emailed reminded me that "it came with the territory" - "I was expected to do this" - "I needed to suck it up and be quiet" and that I was referred to as the "Crazy Health PAC lady" - honestly - all direct quotes -

I want you all to know that I will still be here to help you all as the Director of Health PAC and Coordinator for Human Biology - I will continue to fight for you all in the review committee and in all that I do and I will remain with the Pre-Med group for their projects as I serve as the director of note for those

I will work as quickly as possible to have the department look for a faculty to take on this volunteer role with the club and will provide them with all the info needed but it has all taken a life of its on

Thank you ALL so so very very much for your amazingly kind words and thoughts - you guys have so much potential - don't ever give up -

Whether you realize it or not - through the support of the university and CALS you have everything at your grasp from curricula including human bio, the Health PAC network, the pre-health club, the review committee and its recs and the BIO 295 and special on campus prep courses - it is all just yours for the taking

A quick reminder to those requesting appointments with Health PAC - there is a link on the website with full instructions - because it is just me running all this - please take advantage of the vast amount of info on the site first - then make sure to complete your accomplishments sheet and keep your portfolio current and email me this along with your very specific questions (not just what do I need to do - this is your journey - work through it - you wouldn't just marry a guy someone told you to - you would check them out - do the same with your career) -

Thanks to you all!!!"

What about ending an email with "hit me back."

Acceptable?
