I haven't looked at the video, so I don't know the extent of the parental neglect, but did your parents ever give you a sip of booze when you were a little kid? granted, I don't know the extent they got this kid smoking and 2 is super young, but a little thc ain't the craziest, most irresponsible thing a parent can pass along to their child.

I recently read about some other "parents" who were busted for this, too, but their video recording wasn't released. I think this happens a lot actually.

Anyway, one of the consistent factors in all these cases is that the culprits are all way too young to be caring for children.
