celestelaw 2010-09-19 06:53:44 I like the dish but to call it Fettuccine Alfredo is a stretch & disservice. It's a white pasta dish with noodles & parmesan ... there the resemblance ends! More like a meatless Strogonoff with a hint of something good for you: Zuccini. Yummy though.
