My power steering has started to whine a little bit every now and then (not every time I turn or anything). I checked the fluid and its just a hair below the lower level mark. Got some fluid (for honda and acura vehicles) and before I added it I noticed that the fluid in the reservior is a brownish or reddish color, while the new fluid is a bluish color (I'm a little colorblind). Normal? Not Normal? What say you, garage?

Just depends on the fluid manufacturer...most Honda fluids I've used were very light amber.
