No Clues, puzzle is below. It is for a work challenge. I am le'stumped. Our business is software engineering if that helps. Only thing I have seen thus far is obv its all hex, 28 seems to be a delimiter of sorts, doesn't really make any sense in ascii. Surely someone else can think outside the box. 2817283C2819283C28192800281728012819280A2815280D2801281D2800281A28112811289F280E

Is there any context to this?

Its part of a Urban Challenge at work. The city is Boston, we are in software, search/discovery of information is our specialty but no specific clues.

It looks like braille doesn't translate so neatly, you might have to find someone who knows how to read braille."r44 radioman jeeps"you have a typo in there too btw it looks like (the next-to-last unicode should be 280f not 289f i think)does this mean anything to you?[Edited on September 24, 2010 at 12:34 AM. Umm, not so much but its compelling. Closest by far to something readable/comprehensible. I will keep you updated. Thanks. [Edited on September 24, 2010 at 12:46 AM. Reason : In the Urban Challenge there is a concept of a "radioman" of sorts. This is a good lead. ]

r44 could be a map coordinate or something along those lines...r44 is the model of a helicopter used by a boston helicopter tour company too.[Edited on September 24, 2010 at 1:20 AM. Reason : ]

Ha you guys are really sad if you think I had to run to xkcd to figure out that's bog-standard unicode. I've never been to those forums before, you just have to google one of the unicode encodings and that braille site comes up.Not to mention I made the post here before the one in the xkcd link [Edited on September 25, 2010 at 8:34 PM. ^^haha, maybe whoever posted the response on xkcd copped it from here.

^^Sorry for the lackluster followup, the correct answer was braille and translated to r44 radioman jeeps so you were 100% correct. It was related to something pretty specific to the work challenge so didnt end up being as exciting or interesting as I had hoped. But you were spot on.
