I like the fluid, but am starting to think that depending on your use, other fluids may be worth a shot (much more expensive, but with much higher boiling points so that bleeding/flushing after every track event is not necessary). Also, I know blue is cool, but use gold, it won't stain your master cylinder reservoir.

You are supposed to alternate.. blue once, then gold, then blue.. That way you know when you are done bleeding. They are the same shit other than the dye.

T-hoff is probably the closest place to nc state that has it.

Yea, currently i have baby turd brown fluid, which isnt the prettyest, figured i might as well bleed since im doing my rotors anyway.

Anyone ever ran 2 piece full floating rotors on a car before? How noisy was it?

You, to bleed the brakes, do you do it at all 4 corners or can you just do it at one? Whats the general procedure? I'm at 120k and haven't every done it.

What kind of car?

You should always do all four when bleeding or flushing. I am capable of noticing when I have fresh fluid coming out even if it doesn't switch colors, apparently unlike some folks here.

^^^^Yes you have to do all four, and there's also a certain order to be followed when doing it.

^yeah and it varies on the design of your car's brake lines. It's not the same for any car out there.

Yeah, could be like a lot of Volkswagens and have a diagonally split brake system...then the order is definitely different.

But for conventional front/back split systems, I start at the right rear, to left rear, to right front, to left front.

It's better to vacuum bleed; gravity takes for-fucking-EVER, and it's not a given that you'll get a good bleed. Even better is pressure bleeding, but damn few folks are set up to do that, and there's risk that you'll blow out master cylinder piston seals if you aren't careful and use too much pressure.
