i have no problem with the existence of party bands...they're designed for maximum party enjoyment

occasionally there are original bands that have the right vibe to play parties (parties, not house shows, big difference)

a sloppy sludge-riff band with obvious creed influence is not something i want to see at a party

I, too, saw them at a wedding a couple of weeks ago. The lead singer is a chick who has a surprisingly fantastic voice (surprising because she's so small, and her voice is so big)
