MYTH.

The vagina is made to spit out kids, it's not going to be wrecked by a comparatively little hand. Sure, you can damage tissue and muscles if you just force your way in there and you can probably loosen things up a bit if you habitually push your vagina's limits, but the vagina is made to expand with arousal.
