Ok, so I was talking about this with someone last night. There are a few shows from my youth that I'm not sure weren't actually dreams or something. I don't remember their titles at all. Just vague bits and pieces. I have memory issues due to some medical stuff, so sorry if some of these are obvious or unbelievably made up.

Show 1: a group of raccoons and other forest animals live in an old wooden ship in a forest
Show 2: a mannequin comes to life when there's a hat on his head, and also there are puppets and a mime
Show 3: two guys who may or may not have been a Canadian rip-off of Bert and Ernie named Plus and Minus basically do all the stuff that Bert and Ernie did
Show 4: A group of street-smart frogs who act vaguely like black stereotypes live in a city, are portrayed as hip. May have been sort of like "What's Happenin'" but it was DEFINITELY not called "What's HOPpenin' "
