nope. purchased an M1730 last year. the thing blew up every 3 months. so I called and said I wanted a new machine or my money back. After a few customary durkas, the indian finally said "ok," and this is what I got. They first said they were gonna send a refurb m1730, to which I said "haaaaaayeelll no", so they sent this. Gonna run some shit after I finish imaging the HD and see how it does.

I would have pushed for my money back. You have nothing to say , w00t about. You fucked up your initial purchase, and I wouldn't be surprised if you end up regretting the replacement. But the main question is, will the rest of your warranty from the first laptop be applied to this one, or will it be started over from scratch, with the ability to extend the warranty?
