Don't you waste that snot young man. That is good snot and you're lucky to have it. There are kids who can't have snot and they have horrible lives. Be thankful

it was sore, but the last couple days it's been fine, only to have me coughing more and having more troubles with runny nose/congestion. the last couple days it just sapped the life out of me and made me tired as well. had a fever most of yesterday, but it went away.

ME TOO! my throat was raw and scratchy at the beginning

now i'm just congested and coughy. i had a fever on mon and tues

now i feeel kinda better but really tired.

i don't mind the tiredness and coughing and whatnot as much as i mind not being able to breathe through my nose and having snot just drip out. you can bring on the tiredness as long as i can breathe damn it.

i KNOW! the not breathing is awful. today is the first day i can somewhat breathe through my nose in like 4 days.

i have been using cold meds and then also afrin. the nasal spray. it really helps have you tried it?

nasal sprays have never been good for me. when i was a kid i had like the worst sinuses and unless i took claratin (sp?) and clatatin d daily I'd be in my current shitty state. eventually i out grew it, but anyway, for a while a doctor put me on nasonex and it didn't do anything for me except make my nose burn if i screwed up breathing at the right time. i took like 3 different types of cold meds and the only one that seems to be doing anything is the one for coughing.

if it isn't gone by like tomorrow ima hit up harris teeter for the alka-seltzer liquid-gel cold meds, they always seem to work properly.

Worst thing about a cold for me is the ear pluggedness. I had to fly with a cold and my ears wouldnt pop it was some epic pain.
