There's a woman in the bed laying next to someone that she thinks is her husband. But the husband calls the home phone and she realizes the lump she's laying next to is not her husband. She slowly reaches over to uncover it and the camera view changes so that you see the thing she's about to uncover is the creepiest face you have ever seen.
