i know some people on tww have very strong opinions on photographers, and i'd rather go to someone local (in raleigh) than a studio chain.

my mother has been on my shit for a few years to get a portrait taken b/c she doesn't have any pictures of me. for the record, i want nothing to do with this.

JCPenny's LifeTouch studio at North Hills--if it's still open.

I worked there briefly, back when the mall was doing all that construction. JCPenny's was the only place open then, and LifeTouch was always busy.
