Looking for roommate

Three highly literate poets are looking for a roommate at our South Boylan Street apartment. The roommate would have his/her own room upstairs on the third floor with the two existing female roommates. Would share bathroom on second floor. Reasons you will love our house are the huge wooden back deck that’s perfect for grilling and having folks over, beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house that are perfect for sliding around in your socks, and us, the three coolest people on earth. Well, in our minds at least. We're asking the meager price of $375.00 for our spare bedroom. Of course this does not include splitting the electric, gas, and internet bills. We’re looking for a generally non-smoking, clean, liberal thinker, possibly a student at NC State (senior or grad student) because our house is in close proximity to the school that wants to live in an environment conducive for artists. Shacked up with a poet, no it wasn't my department.
Now I study the poetry of a studio apartment.
Changing the catbox, baking the bread...
should have been paying the bills instead
of paying homage...to an image...from somebody else's head.

Bah, I'm one of 'dem pansy writer types as well, but you're asking mid-year for me so it's a no-go. I'll be looking for a place again during the summer though, if you've managed to kill the fourth roommate.

...also you should hang around TWW so I can get you to scout out South Boylan apartments for me.
