from 2005 - I had a hard time finding a job. Ended up with this right out of college:

Major: Communications - Public Realtions
Job/Employer: Retirement Community - Residents Services Coordinator
Starting Salary: $12/hr
Benefits: Dental, Health, 403B (we're Non Profit) with matching and auto 4%, Paid time off with a max out of 480 hours (and ability to roll over all from previous year)
Negotiate offer: no
Location: Durham
Hours per week: 40

But working hard I've ended up with this:

Job/Employer: Same Retirement Community - Assisted Living Adminstrator
Starting Salary: $45,000
Benefits: Same as above but PTO increased to 5 1/2 weeks/year

what don't you like about the health care? last time i checked, it was pretty awesome. and yeah, the food has definitely gone down in quality :\ i usually end up getting a salad. still cheap as hell, though.

Benefits: yes, can do credit hours, 6hrs annual each pay period, 4 hours sick, when I have 15 years in, 8 hrs annual each paycheck, always 4 hours sick.
Negotiate offer: no
Location: worked out in the field, then TX, now DC
Hours per week: at least 50 (over 40 is counted as credit)
