but RASHAD EVANS, former UFC LHW CHAMP and current number one contender for Shogun Rua's UFC LHW title will be doing a seminar in Asheville on november the 18th!

I am one hundred percent sure you will learn something as he is a long-time student of Greg Jackson's Submission fighting out of Albequerque NM, training with the likes of Georges St. Pierre, Jon Jones, Shane Carwin, Nate Marquardt, Melvin Guillard, Clay Guida, Donald Cerrone, Leonard Garcia, Diego Sanchez, etc etc.

Also a black belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu under Rolles Gracie, and frequently trains with Renzo Gracie in New Jersey. Started his career training under Dan "The Beast" Severn in Michigan

And if you dont know about seminars its not just a guy standin up there instructing you, the fighters will roll and spar with the participants so it is EXCELLENT experience to test yourself.

and if you watched the 10th season of The Ultimate Fighter you know how excellent and thorough a coach Evans is.

sorry for the rant, but im so excited about this Rashad is my bar-none favorite athlete in sports so im goin and hopefully he will be impressed by me.

Even if you yourself are not a fan, if you know anyone that fights or does an MA please let them know, I want NC to leave an impression on him!

I don't know what fights they are talking about, i would imagine the guy hosting the seminar has an MMA event scheduled the following day as most seminars are conducted in conjunction with either an MMA or grappling tournament...so that most likely means Rashad will be hangin out at he fights as well
