I know TWW isn't the best place to post an ad for a house but you never know who is looking. Our place was renovated in 2005, we have been there since. New paint, new front & back doors, refinished concrete steps in back, patio twice the size of all the neighbors, courtyards in front and back. You could almost move in with no furniture. Most of furniture comes with the condo-shelving in both bedrooms incl assorted storage bins as shown, appliances, outdoor stainless grill, tv stand, a single W/D unit. This is not a stackable W/D, it is a single unit that washes and dries. You put your clothes in at night or when leave for school/work, set the delay, and they are done when you wake up/come home. It's pretty sweet and allows for storage space in kitchen pantry. All other pieces are negotiable (king bed, sectional sofa, table, chairs, etc...).
Don't let the size fool you, we made great use of the space.

the other side of the street is still Northside Apts. scratch that, they just changed the name to...something Oaks. we bought our place before any renovations had started so saw what is used to be...big improvement!
