This happened to me frequently over the summer. I would just look down at my feet in disgust and try to change to angle and the dangle.

i peed directly on a friends foot while at the wall urinals this summer. he was wearing flip flops.

I like to piss on people's feet who are in the stall next to the pisser

They can either stay seated there and yell at me, or they can try to get up and chase me with their pants around their ankles and a poop encrusted butt

the worst is those wall to floor style urinals that have the drain at ground level. you pee into the backboard only to have it travel down and splash right back on your toes.
