a lot of them are due to autocorrect of slang and have nothing to do with the presence of a touch screen keyboard

...and so with my Android, the system learns partially by saving words that you use. It's autocorrected for me before.

I too have auto correct issues, both in web browser and on my ipod touch. I was a bit skeptic about a few of those, but was like "humm.. does pedis = penis"? or "cog = cig"?
