I've just recently gotten into this. It's actually really good for a product marketed as a "healthy" cereal that's not laden with sugar, frosting, etc. It's kind of like a combination of Corn Flakes and Rice Krispies. I can eat it as a snack if I'm a little hungry too.

it blew my mind when I found out people use ketamine as a date rape drug because we would give it to the crazy animals that needed to be euthanized

Is Special K a healthy cereal?

I thought it was just a bunch of ricey/wheaty flakes artificially enriched with vitamins?

^ notice how I used the term "product marketed as a healthy cereal" (with quotes around "healthy")

It's not lucky charms, but it's not Total either. it's relatively low in sugar (or high fructose corn syrup, I don't remember) though.

I hear ya, and I'm not tryna be too nitpicky.

It's just that it's not healthy, and it only tastes "pretty good for a product marketed as a 'healthy' cereal..."

So why eat it?

because I've got a big box from BJ's Wholesale (the one with two bags). I like to snack on "bland" cereals. I can eat a lot of them. I get sick of the really sugary stuff after a while.
