The worst part is that is probably 7th and 8th grade female hurdle height which is as low as they will go and could probably be stepped over. I miss Jr High hurdles because I could three step them, in high school I had to switch legs every third hurdle because I wasn't black or tall enough.

quick sidenote

I ran track in 7th and 8th grade...1600 meter (1 mile) and some occasional 3200 meter relay (I was a short white dude, long distance, no sprint)...I also had to fill in one time on the 400x4 relay...lol I was going against fast black dudes who were like 6'3"

but anyway, during practice, I have tried doing the hurdles...it wasn't easy for me, since I'm not tall, but even when I'd hit the top of a hurdle, I had the coordination to not fall on my fucking face from hitting the other part of the right angle
