I think I'm right at the break even point - I don't do a whole lot ordering; well except for this year because I moved and got a bunch of new stuff...

Paid $22.28 shipping on 4 others

Not sure if I would maintain 12 orders, or anything close to that, over time. But I don't know. At my current average cost for shipping (on orders charging shipping), if I were to make at least 7 free shipping orders, then I'm good...

thoughts? i mean usually when i order and have to pay for shipping it is like $4. BUT the free 2 day is nice because it comes fast. BUT most times i've ordered w/o prime it still comes fast because i purchase from the high rated sellers that usually do $3.95 express shipping. hmmm hmmm hmmmmm. so basically am i going to order 10 times w/in the next year. keeping in mind that sometimes when i order shit i cannot find the shit i want in "prime eligible"

i don't really care about the other perks but the shipping. i have netflix so who cares about the streaming shit.

it doesn't seem worth it really, does it?

do the people that pay the full $79 a year do a shitload of ordering or something? because even with the streaming stuff that still seems like a lot of $$$. because streaming netflix is like $10 a month. so i'm assuming these people order lots and lots of amazon shit to come out even or ahead on the shipping costs?

i've thought about starting to buy pet food on amazon (this was before my prime was expiring). if i did something like that then the $39 would totally be worth it. but when i searched for pet food i didn't see much.

I paid before I signed up for Student, and yes, I order pretty much everything off Amazon. ~45 orders, since I switched to Amazon Prime Student last year.
