I am on the phone RIGHT NOW with Pepsi Direct.

I am complaining about how my CO2 TANK only arrived with 800 psi instead of 1200.
They put me on hold to find out and the lame music starts playing.

Right when the rolling stones stopped playing without any warning phone sex commercials began playing. I sat through about 3 of them thinking "wow pepsi must be hurting to resort to this form of advertising"

and NOW it asking for my credit card number or whether I would rather pay by western union for privacy purposes....

I called again. They had no idea what the answer is.

They transferred me to "repairs"

They said my reading should be 70 psi.

I said... no... no that can't be right. I'm looking for a number between 500 and 1200 psi.

They said, "uhhh, the person I'm getting my information from is insisting it's 70psi."

I said... no... the gauge, the gauge I'm reading and have always read from has a number system from 0 to 2000 with a green field between 600 and 1200.

They said, "you'll have to call Donny at 558-0554"

So I call "Donny"s number and it asks if I want to search by name.

Sweet.

Then it says "Please type the first three letters of the last name".


FML.
