you can sell it back to Transportation and not be responsible for any parking tickets the person you sell this to might get

^yeh, but ^^ didn't offer advice for amac getting a pass. ^^ offered potential sellers advice/a warning. if you sell your parking pass not only have you violated that university policy, but any tickets on that pass will be the responsibility of the pass's true owner and thus their (unknown) problem. in other words, selling your pass is a good way to get fucked. and yes, I am an expert on NCSU DOT policies. Just see my thread in chit chat, or the picture below.

just buy one from transportation.

^ ah thanks, i was wondering if it was allowed or not . i put myself on the waiting list, i just wasn't sure what the chances were of actually getting one, though.
