Honestly I don't think I'm going to start listening to Christmas music until a week or two ahead of Christmas.

I might put lights up on the front porch when I get back in town after Thanksgiving though.

I'm in the unfortunate position that our office only picks up 2 stations. One is 'top 20' hits crap; and the other is "YOU OFFICIAL HOLIDAY MUSIC STATION". Normally they have a great mix, but not any more

Why is it like this though? If everyone hates it, which is the way it seems, because I think I've only ever met one person who actually liked them playing it so early. Is it just because stores are already putting out Christmas crap and they think they should go ahead and be the first station to start with the Christmas music?

I have found some people who actually have their computers turned to "All Holidays" music streams already. Ugh.

I'm also in the "No Christmas before Thanksgiving" boat. Generally, I prefer not to put my tree up until after December 1st.

^ Hahaha. I had to check to see if it was the script! We are almost done. Depending on how much it rains tomorrow we are on pace to be done by the weekend with only minor knick-knack things to finish up. Once it is all complete I will get my father to take some updated pictures and refresh his horrendous website. Actually, here's the site but it still talks about the end of last year. The picture on the front is actually very very close to how it is set up again this year. I do highly suggest making the trip out there starting in about a week.
