According to that map you must have been Gentiled by the town of Cary.

Apparently you can only be Jewed in places like Los Angeles, Detroit, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, New York's Tri State Area, Boston, Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Philadelphia, Aspen?, DC, and Cleveland.

Cary doesn't need to have a high property tax. They can just keep raising the water/waste bill. Seriously over a period of about 5-6 years our bill nearly doubled - with roughly the same water usage.
