Nope. The guys above are a bunch of virgins and failures with women, so they are not sure how to make contact without coming off as inappropriate. I remember when I was like 12 I was confused about that kinda thing.

^ Exactly. The chick at the sci-fi convention is touching the dude, and the showgirl is practically rubbing her crotch on the dude. Those hands aren't placed because the dudes would probably splooge if they put their hand on a woman.
