At work, our wired domain is locked down and can't get to a lot of sites. But our wireless domain as free access to all sites.

Is it possible to set up a wireless card on my PC and set only Mozilla/Firefox traffic to only use that NIC? And set all other traffic like outlook and internet explorer and other work programs to use the wired NIC?

Sound idea, but I don't think there's a mechanism for routing the programs through certain connections on your computer.

you could just install the wireless card and disable the wired.

as long as his computer doesn't have to be on the network with a set IP (or whatever), anyway

You can bind certain programs to interfaces. Do a search for firefox interface binding, and I think you'll find some options.

Also search for forcebindIP. This is a program that can bind programs to certain interfaces.

set your wireless NIC as the default gateway and then create static routes sending internal traffic to the wired NIC
