morality we take with us everywhere, appropriateness is relative to where we are

The only reason people act "morally" at work is because there is a general consensus of morality in society, and if you don't follow the norm, you are seen as an outsider. People are uncomfortable sharing their "immoral" behaviors with coworkers out of fear of being seen as a weirdo. You might not consider porn to be immoral, but you realize that some people do, and you don't want to be on your coworker's bad side.
