Ladies - if you were preggers, would you let your baby daddy drink your breast milk?


Personally, I'm gonna go with hell no. For some reason I'm just a tad creeped out by it. However, I've talked to some people who said they would without a doubt.. so please, enlighten me.

PS - This could apply to both drinking from the bottle or straight from the teat

Considering all, or at least most, of us drank breast milk at some point and thought it was the best thing ever, I don't see the big deal with it.

I think I speak for much of the male half of the species in saying that, while the appeal of breast milk has declined rapidly since our infancies, the appeal of sucking on breasts has consistently been high and is expected to remain high until death.

I'm preggers now and my husband is super excited about the whole lactation phase. He says he plans on tasting it and is really looking forward to it.

I just say whatever but will definitely take the 'in a glass' method. Plus I plan on pumping so we'll have it in nice little baggies.

I don't understand or try to. The only thing I can figure is he wasn't breast fed and feels deprived.

Being super appalled at the thought of it seems kind of akin to the people who refuse to talk about sex or admit they poop or do self-exams on their private parts. It's all natural stuff that you shouldn't be ashamed of or super freaked out by. Breast milk is food. I think I would be more offended if my partner was like, "WTF that is so nasty!" at the thought of tasting my milk than if he wanted to try it. I can fully understand if you just don't want to try it, but it's not dirty or outright gross (taste-wise may be one thing, but I mean just in principle).
