I generally only wash my hands other people are in the bathroom and would see me walk out without washing...or if I pissed on my hands.

I've given the one guy at work who does this all the time a look, but that's about it.

That's why we have trashcans right where the door swings open. I bet we waste a full trashcan worth of paper towels every day just by people using them to open the bathroom door and then tossing it in the trash before the door swings closed.

Still better than touching where nutsweathands has touched though.
