I think food processing technology has improved in the past 20 years and there is substantially less unwanted crap in there now. McDonald's is a staple breakfast recovery food but I really only eat Chick-fil-a, Wendy's, and Taco Bell for anything other than Breakfast.

The last time I ate McDonalds was last Feburary and that was only because it was the only drive-thru we passed on the way from where we were staying in Jackson Wyoming to the ski slopes. I've always held that their biscuits and fries are pretty good (taste wise), but most of their food tasted nasty to me even when I used to eat a lot of fast food.
