My problem lately is that parts of my job involve running experiments with steps to them (5, 10, 20, 30, 60+...you get the idea) so I often have to stop what I'm doing on the computer and go tend to those experiments. By the time I get back it takes me a little bit to refocus on work and then I have to go and tend to my experiment again. Its a vicious cycle really.
