It'll be a balmy 40 degrees out here Friday night. Wind on the beach shouldn't be too too bad though, forecasts are calling for about 10mph winds on the beach face

If you're on the National Seashore, you don't need a permit. Not sure about the town beaches.

^^ Yeah but he said Duck, where you need a permit to breathe, walk your dog, etc...only place worse than there is Southern Shores
