i agree. at least, in my personal experience. plus there are low hormone BC's that, for me, have been just as effective.

plus, as i believe was mentioned in the highly intelligent and insightful lounge thread, there are SO many different hormone combination BC pills that odds are you can find a pill that works for you and doesn't cause so many of the unwanted side effects.
