Anyone had any experience with this? I know there are some cheap, decent options from D-Link, but I've read they provide questionable performance for 1080p streaming. What it needs to do:

1.) Performance (NAS box and what speed drives?)
2.) Low Power Usage
3.) RAID 1
4.) Built in torrent functionality would be nice

I built one using a Zotac dual-core atom board with gigabit ethernet. My whole network is gigabit and the NAS serves at about 100 megabytes per second.

3 Seagate 2TB drives in raid using mdadm in Ubuntu. Also does media streaming over the internet to my phone.

Not cheap but worth the cash in my opinion.
