It's located in Renaissance Park, near the intersection of Tryon and Wilmington St. It's a nice community filled with young professionals, awesome clubhouse, and huge salt water pool. Rent is $500/month, which includes cable/internet, water, and gas. The electricity bill will be split 3 ways. Living room/kitchen is furnished... you will just need stuff to fill your bedroom. The room will be available Feb. 14th.
