Great place to move, property values have been consistently going up - the 540 completion from RTP will only make them go up higher

I lived there for about 3 years. I liked the area (especially the CBC tours) and it is growing at a good pace right now. Commuting to Raleigh isn't too bad (~30 mins each way), but traffic is getting busier with the growth. I am out in Fuquay now and the only downside is the distance to Raleigh (~40 mins now). It is for someone who wants a more small town feel, but still being close to the GIANT city that is Raleigh.


Plus you get a ton more for your money out there.
