Bitch jumped out of the car, picked up her severed bumper out of the road and put it at the curb.

I thought about calling the cops but figured she would park and call somebody for a ride, came back by after going to the store and no sign of her car. (shakes head)

Be on lookout for a red car with one headlight out and no bumper.

I fell the fuck out laughing.

I am debating calling it in but there is no license plate it was the front bumper and its not gonna help the cops if I just report a red bumper beside the road and a missing probably shit faced driver.

I was in Manassas VA visiting a friend one weekend. We had gone to the Nats/Braves game. On the way back a guy ran a red light and clipped the rear drivers side spinning us into the sidewalk. When the cops got there he asked if we got the guys license plate number(hit and run) I pointed to the middle of the road, "His license plate is right there". His front license plate had come off when he hit us. They tracked him down at his house about 5 minutes later. Dude was drunk and was on probation.
