Hey guys -- anyone have any recommendations on good software to change/manipulate the sound of your voice? I recently bought a great sound card and headset and want to screw around on team speak. For reference -- running Windows 7 64 bit -- interested in free or pay software.

Don’t some sound cards come with SW to do this? I know some let you do it for sound output, i’d assume also for input.
