What's been touted by the local sports talk shows as a must win game got a lot more difficult looking with the game play I saw last night. If they play against us like they did against Duke - I don't think we have a shot. Let's hope the follow up their solid effort with a WTF effort like Stinger said.

FSU is a great defensive team. We'll be lucky to shoot 40%. If we do not match their defensive intensity, this game could be ugly. I assume Singleton will matchup with Leslie unless they put him on Wood. That matchup between Singleton and CJL should be pretty entertaining. Here's to a big letdown by the Semenholes ala us beating #2 FSU in football back in 1998 and losing the next week at Baylor.

duke lost because they don't have an effective/consistent low post scorer and they rely heavily on the three (not hatin just statin).

This is why I think we have a good shot. If we, ourselves, can not have the defensive mental lapses and f'ing shot clock violations when the game is on the line, i think we can pull it out. tracy in beast mode, wood will be "caucasian heat" or "white fire" or something like that.

That's what I'm hoping for. FSU's D was hounding Duke all night...that cause a lot of turnovers for us. FSU is also really athletic, and Chris Singleton is going be a load. I don't know who will guard him (Leslie maybe?). And we're gonna need Wood to light FSU up again.

I find it odd that we fair better against FSU than Duke does. It's a lot about matchups. They have had trouble with them since FSU got Thornton. I would say we have a decent shot at winning.

Considering all of the Sidney Lowe hate on this board, I cannot believe people actually think we'll win this game. FSU is not going to let Wood light them up again. We'll need Leslie and Smith to have big games and for the guards to not turn it over 20 times. Not all of that will happen though...
