Any tww doctor would laugh and let them die. Kind of like the dude (Bighitsunday) who walked directly by the quivering body of a person who had just jumped off of a building to commit suicide and was dying and actually had the disgusting capability of laughing at them. Karma's a bitch, too bad I don't believe it exists.
