Loughner looks like Seattle Police officer Ian Birk



Ian Birk is the cop who shot a half-deaf, Native American woodcarver in downtown Seattle in the middle of the day. because the woodcarver had a woodcarving knife. and didnt drop it within 4 seconds of being ordered to drop it. shot him dead.
