I have had this couch for a few years. It's been covered by the slipcover the whole time I had it and most of the time my parents had it. I think it was new in 2004. It's pretty well made and the cushions haven't gotten compressed or saggy, and the upholstery is still in really good condition.

The slipcover has some damage to the arm and a small tear in the seat.

Folds out to a queen-size bed that has been used a handful of times.

Listed on CL for $150 OBO but wouldn't expect that much on here.
