Haha, consuming a bacon double cheeseburger and a doughnut dooms one to lifelong disgusting-fatty-dom. Most nutritionists say it's ok to have an indulgence very occasionally, that's why it's called an indulgence.

the burger itself probably isn't any more terrible than a regular double bacon cheeseburger and with fries and regular cola. that's the regular diet of an alarming number of people.
