Hello.

We are The Spacemen from Raleigh, NC. We are currently a 5 piece band with a fill-in drummer, however we are looking for a full-time drummer to take the reigns at that position and join us for the long haul. We play a fairly wide-ranging style of indie rock, with some songs being straight up pop songs and others being very angular and noisy. The core members of the group have been together for about 6 months now, and we are getting to the point where we are ready to start playing gigs on a regular basis. That's where a full-time drummer comes in. We are looking for someone who can commit to at least 2 nights a week (we always practice on Sunday), has their own gear, and is willing to travel (just a bit) to get started. We have a full demo CD recorded at our home studio, which we are set to release to local radio and fans in the next couple of weeks. If you're serious about getting up with us, PM me and I'll email you a copy of the mp3's so you can listen and get a good idea of how we sound and the direction we're going in. As of now we have a 9 song set that we can play and perform, and about 8 more songs that we are trying to polish up and start rehearsing. We're looking to start playing in March, but could be later as we want to be very very tight before we ever hit the public forum. PM me and let's get started!

Do you have special finger holes in your space gloves that allow for guitar playing
