Im going to Japan on business for a few months. Wanted to see if there is anyone who is interested in renting it. It is 3 or 4 bedroom. The 4th bedroom is a bonus room. It can be a bed room or an extra living room or office.

The location of off Lineberry. It is walking distance from U house, sweets and campus crossing. A very good area for students. Im a computer science grad from NCSU. The house is wired for an engineer and plenty of workstations and desk space.

3 people: $450 each
4 people: $400 each

I want a written lease and a deposit of a months rent from everyone. Lease will span Feb 1 - Jun 1.
