in addition to only using bar soap (castile in particular, so no girly fragrances!), i use either a loofah or a sisal washcloth instead of a cloth rag



the lather is crazy awesome...and it exfoliates!

I used to be adamantly opposed to poufs, and strongly preferred bar soap to body wash. Now I have a pouf and go back and forth on bar soap versus body wash. Sometimes I even use half and half.

Body wash all the way. Easier to carry to and from the locker room showers than packing a bar of soap.

Most people just use way too much soap when using liquid soap. All you need is a drop or too on your poofball and you're good to go
