^You do realize you have to purchase the fare WITH a Visa Signature card as well, right? And you can only use one code per card, right?

So basically your idea isn't going to work.

.You don't have to purchase the flight with a Visa Signature Card. Ive already done it once but am looking to save on another flight as well. Thanks for coming out though.

^Yes, you do:

Quote :
"In order to receive the 15% discount and its corresponding fare saver code for Southwest's Wanna Get Away fare, payment on southwest.com or SWABIZ.com must be made with a Visa Signature® consumer credit card."

Quote :
"One discount applied per itinerary (maximum of eight tickets/itinerary) and one fare saver code per Visa Signature consumer card."

I mean, you do what you like, but I'm going to be laughing my ass off in 6-8 weeks when VISA rescinds the discount and charges you the full fare.

Yes, there is a very high probability that it will. Airlines keep that shit on lock down as much as they can.

^ It may be just be that they've already sold out of the class of ticket that this fare can be applied to for those dates and nothing to do with that weekend in particular

Right, those blackout dates may be because those dates they have already sold enough tickets that they don't want to offer discounted fares on those dates. This is their way of trying to book up undersold flights.

I once took a short hop from Akron to Canton on a plane that wasn't much bigger than my car. It was me and the pilots on board. There were about 10-12 seats on it. It was kinda weird.

Oh and it was just like that Ron White story, anytime the pilot needed to announce anything, he just turned around and said "Hey we'll be there in 30."

I rode in a commercial airplane a couple years ago that was only 3 seats. Every time the pilot sneezed the plane would shake

LOL, I'll be awaiting the "I'm going to sue SWA for charging me full fare when I didn't follow their instructions" thread
