ok I'll spell out what the Flag is all about: Each triplet of bytes in the PS3 master key that was cracked about 6 weeks ago is used as an RGB color code in one stripe of the flag, and then B2 and C2 are added on because the key is 20-bytes but after 6 stripes there are only 2 bytes left to go.

Similarly, the original Free Speech Flag used the original Blu-Ray AACS encryption key (the one starting with "09 F9") and tacked on C0 at the end because there were 16 bytes, one more than a multiple of 3.
